Everett, John Bentley, Denny Briant, were Arrested & sent to Gaol - Judgments were Obtain'd against John Johnson & Wm. Beddon for other Frauds - Willm. Crafton was taken & sent to gaol & Judgment was Obtain'd agt. him & he was charged in Execution thereon.
